送走了秋高气爽，丹桂飘香的秋天，迎来了寒风凛冽的冬日。气温骤降，天气虽冷，但学生们的学习劲头仍如同烈火般热烈。为积极贯彻落实国家“双减”政策，扎实有效推进课后服务工作，我校结合中草药校园文化特色，坚持以学生为本，开设“中草药趣味阅读”的课后服务活动，以阅读为依托，传承中医药文化。

遍布于学校伏羲园里的各种各样的草药，学生们可能知道更多的是一些常见的,诸如薄荷，甘草，茯苓之类的。对于一些常见的草药相信同学们一定有所了解，那么如何用英语来介绍这些草药呢？

让我们一起来探秘这些神奇的草药吧!

Mint （薄荷）

Mint is one of the most commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. It is often used to treat cold, headache, sore throat and toothache. In addition, mint can also used as a substitute tea drink and help clear our heart and improve the eyesight.

Licorice （甘草）

Licorice has the effect of invigorating the spleen. It also has the effect of moistening lung and relieving cough. When you have cough，you can have medicine with Licorice. You will feel better soon.
